First to David S. who came out to the house to inspect my needs. He gave me all options and set me up with what I needed with no pressure whatsoever and explained everything to me. He was upfront about how busy the company was and didn’t promise timelines that couldn’t be met. He definitely knows his stuff and is very competent in coordinating this process from start to finish. Next to the installers, Bill B who installed the security system and Steve S who installed the cameras. They were so knowledgeable about the product and made sure that I was able to understand everything they were doing answering all questions I had. They are two of the nicest guys you could ever meet and we actually had fun together with the installations. Steve had an apprentice with him Arturo F and he is someone you’ll definitely want to hold on to. You could see his eagerness to learn and willingness to complete all tasks asked of him and Steve couldn’t be a better instructor. His patience and guidance with Arturo was so positive and he treated him like a peer. One final comment to make is in both installations, they left my place as they found it which I find very rare nowadays. Everything was cleaned to perfection and you wouldn’t have known they were here. One of the best service experiences I have ever encountered and could not recommend you enough.”
